[VIDEO] Russian hockey referee starts fight

Gotta love this video.  From our friends in Russia.

Looks like a ref is going to call a penalty and is standing near the glass.

A player skates over and his stick hits the ref’s throat.  Can’t tell if it was intentional or not.

The ref then calmly puts down his helmet and whistle and chases down the player.

Maybe instead of eradicating fights, the NHL should adopt this style?
