[VIDEO] Fans don’t recognize Carey Price

Towards the end of the playoffs, the NBC Sports Chair received significant backlash over his suggestion that players should stop growing playoff beards.

His reasoning was that hockey players deserve more recognition.  Hard enough to recognize them under all of that gear.  And beards add to the problem.

Now this is a ludicrous suggestion.  Playoff beards are part of hockey.

But maybe he is on to something.
