Chicago Holds off Anaheim to Win Game 4 – Updated

Chicago’s Antoine Vermette scored the game winner in the second overtime to knot the series 2-2.

Chicago was dominating for most of the game until Anaheim scored 3 goals in a span of 37 seconds in the 3rd period to take a 4-3 lead.  Chicago would net a tying goal.  And we remained at 4-4 until Vermette’s 2OT winner.

Game 5 will be held on Monday back in Anaheim.  Of note, Anaheim is now 12-3 in the playoffs.  But they have not lost a regulation game.  All 3 losses occurred in overtime.
